I Decide...

Recently came across a video on youtube titled 'Genelia VS Shriya' while searching something I forgot after a while. I've decided to view this thinking it might be somekind of a 'Catfight' thing. It's not that I like to watch women fighting or else but sometimes I do like watching awkward stuff. Anyways it was nothing as I imagined but had pics of both the actresses that I must say were really cute. Watching once I went through them once again just to check if I missed anything and did that several times.Actully  I really liked the stuff here, the pics I mean. The author requested to vote for one after watching the pics or rather just reading the title as if it would win him something or the contestants who are unaware of the contest. Well I did not wish to vote for one but chose 'Genelia' as she was lacking fans. Whatever the reason maybe, I just decided to compare them myself. After a brief look I found Genelia's smile and Shriya's eyes as their strengths. 'STRENGTHS'? why did I use that word? I think the 'catfight' stint is still bothering me. But hey, who's the winner here? I was to decide but couldn't as Ive never judged a beauty pageant or rather never judged anything. Thinking for a while, I watched a few more videos just to make a rightful decision and not to miss any aspect. God, now I'm thinking like a responsible decision maker, ain't I? To my horror even this wasn't helpful and the match was a tie or say they both won my attention. No! I cannot leave it here, It was 'someone' VS 'the other' an one must win. So here I was, with a decision, the winner is Genelia and I am neither unfair nor do I have a crush on her. My virtual 'I Like Her' list might consist of her name but that was not considered at all I swear. However,no one has the right to question my authority other than me in this case and its been resolved.

The Branded Shoes.

One day I visited a friend and he just kept a box infront of me. It was plain white box and I could guess the inside stuff. A pair of shoes, Yes, thats correct. It was a nice pair, not superb though. My friend was quite excited about them as they were BRANDED ones. The first question that came to my mind was "How much did they cost?" and my friend replied "Rs 2900/-". 'What the crap, 2900 for a pair that is not even seen any advertisements' was my initial reaction. I understood my friends brand consciousness but the idea of spending 2900 bucks on such a thing was something I could not get. Anyways he was happy and that was worth.

A few days later we were just strolling around at Linking Road, Bandra and I found a Pair of Crocs really interesting. I got them for 250 bucks after much bargaining. Just as we walked away from the store, my friend says,"You people dont know how to Bargain, you could have got them for 200." Now look who's talking, a guy who picks a branded pair for 2900 without even uttering a single word at a uptown store thinking it as an embarassment.
